(1) If the Government of Nepal deems it necessary to protect any power generating station, transformer station, sub-station, pool made for power generation or any structure related to electricity at the request of the person who has received the permit or in its own opinion. Will be able to take necessary action.
(2) According to sub-section (1) if security measures are taken at the request of the permit holder, the permit holder shall bear all the expenses incurred for the same.
